The PAHCC, sponsored by PAMS, is an education and empowerment project which provides assistance to 12 villages towards the development and implementation of a cooperative for the purpose of addressing their health care needs and other life sustaining needs. The villages are located on the Rio Momón, a short distance from the mouth of the Peruvian Amazon River.
